If you dug straight down, where would you emerge? June 11, 2007

Here’s an informative website, that answers a question we all would have asked ourselves at some point: If you dug straight down, through the centre of the Earth, then where would you emerge? It turns out that I would emerge on the small continental shelf surrounding New Zealand – so I’d be under water, but not too deep at least. I would imaging most of Britain would be the same, but if you’d like to know exactly where you’d come out then find out here.
