10 Robots we were promised in the ’80’s… April 12, 2007

… but we’ve yet to be able to enjoy. This list is pretty good – it has all the candidates you would expect, and treats them in a comically cavalier manner. I’m surprised at the winner, I expected R2-D2 to get that, but I’m very happy to see Bladerunner get it’s place reserved. Long live Robots, especially ’80’s robots.
