Twirl-a-Squirrel bird feeder attachment March 15, 2007

Posted by Al in : bizarre, invention , trackback

A simple idea which seems to work: if you’re fed up of squirrels eating the food you have put out for the birds, then you need Twirl-a-Squirrel. A simple device which fits above your bird feeder and starts to spin the feeder once triggered by the squirrel’s weight. Birds can perch without a problem, although I can imagine that too many birds at once would equal the weight of a squirrel.

Damn those infernal squirrels……………..
These inventions really do p*ss me off.
Not being an avid twitcher (Well at least the feathered type 🙂 ) I have no idea why people would want to feed the birds and not the rest of the wildlife.
Squirrels Rock !!!
You should build one of those Squirrel Assault courses in you back garden, sit back and be amused all day by their tenacity to get the prize. (Or buy a “Twirl-a-squirrel” watch the birds Sh*te all over your washing.)
