The Freedom of the Seas is the largest cruise ship in the world – and it is absolutely huge. It’s hard to comprehend how big we can now manufacture vehicles: the Airbus A380 is going to be huge compared to a 747, which is already big; tankers and container ships are reaching the stage where they no longer fit through the Suez or Paname canals; and now the Freedom of the Seas can only just fit under a bridge.
