KSolo – karaoke goes Web 2.0 December 29, 2006

Damn! This is just such a good idea I’m gutted I never thought of it first. There are other Karaoke websites out there, the best being subscription based, but none of them have added this extra twist that KSolo have come up with: you can record your songs online and then they are available for the general public to listen to and rate, or you can send them in an email to a friend, or loved one. You even get your own webpage within the site which allows you to list all the songs you have recorded and to show off all the accolades you have received from other KSolo users. It’s just so simple, and yet so clever, and even has an optional upgrade option to bring in revenue for the site. I’m sure that this will be a roaring success – I may even record a few tracks myself.
