The hacker’s diet October 17, 2006

I may have just found a diet that I can follow. The Hacker’s Diet by John Walker is the first diet plan I’ve read that explains things neatly but in a technical manner suited to geeks and techies everywhere. I like the way he points out that missing out on a snack is probably equivalent to an hour’s exercise, but also points out that mild exercise is going to help and will aid with your fitness. I also like the way he has produced some Excel spreadsheets that will help map your progress. This might just be the diet I need – I will let you know.
