Leonardo DaVinci illustrations animated October 13, 2006

Here’s a nifty and clever site. The V&A is hosting an exhibition of Leonardo DaVinci’s illustrations, and they have commissioned Cosgrove Hall (who are top animators) to produce some very clever animations of DaVinci’s most famous sketches. they’re very well done and bring an extra dimension to the art of one of the world’s greatest ever figures. I don’t think anyone else will ever be so far ahead of their time as DaVinci was – he is in my mind the greatest mind ever to have walked this Earth.
