Hoover the talking seal October 2, 2006

Another unbelievable story that just must be true. Hoover was an orphan harbour seal from Maine who was hand reared by George and Alice Swallow. As he grew he learned to talk, not well more of a mimic rather than an actual conversation, however he did develop a strong Boston accent.
