The customer is always right? Wrong! July 19, 2006

I like this piece as every day I deal with people whose idea of discussion involves an awful lot of shouting and demanding and whose idea of fairness comes down to doing things their way rather than to suit anyone else. In this article it appears that some bosses are slowly coming to realise that although every customer is important, maybe it’s more important to actually get rid of some customers as they are just not worth keeping.
