One of the biggest differences between the UK and the US is in the language we use. Although both countries use English, the two variations on one language are slowly, but surely, diverging. Since we British can lay claim to the English language, having spoken it for almost a millennium before the US was settled, then it’s probably time we set the rules straight and told you how to swear properly. For example: an Asshole means a hole in a donkey, whereas an arsehole is the sphincter located in your backside. So, for all my American readers, here’s a list of correct English insults.
