Incompetence as a strategy April 22, 2007

It’s hard to believe, but there are people out there who feign a lack of knowledge of a particular product, or process, so that they no longer have to carry it out. As organisations grow this practice will become more popular, as more people try to shirk their responsibilities. Faux ignorance may be the new big thing.
