Global Rich List – how rich are you? November 14, 2006

I quite like this idea – especially as they could be completely making all their figures up and you’d never know. Still – all you need to do is enter your annual salary, click a button and it will calculate where you stand in the world’s pecking order of wealth. I am currently the 85,565,218th richest person in the world. Doesn’t sound that glamorous as that means there are 85,565,217 people richer than me. However put in a world context then I am in the top 1.42% – so I am actually really very well of. I am aware of this and I really do appreciate how lucky I am – still I’d be happy to win the Lottery.
