How to talk like a pirate September 18, 2006

As Tuesday the 19th is International Talk Like A Pirate Day then this little lesson may well come in handy. If you’d never realised the usefulness of “be” as both past, present and future tense; or how “Arrr” can be used as both an affirmation and an interjection then “how to talk like a pirate” could well be the very thing you are looking for.

You can also use this very useful Pirate Keyboard that makes saying “Rrrrrrrrrrr!” easier. Or translate any web page into Pirate.  And you can even teach your kids Pirate. And of course the pirate song is still going strong.
