DayJet – a company founded on it’s own OS April 22, 2007
Posted by Al in : educational, interesting, travel , trackbackThis is an interesting article on a new company in the US called DayJet. It’s an AirTaxi company that looks to be ferrying business people around the US faster than they can drive, and cheaper than commercial flights. What makes it unique is it’s foundation on a complete operating system, which will effectively run and rule it’s business. The story is interesting, and the idea that it will squash it’s low-tech competitors is appealing. I rather hope that this service takes off (if you’ll excuse the pun) and that their software grows to a point where all travelers can benefit from it’s power.
