This is an interesting little article. The author came to realise that McDonald’s success come from it’s simple, and universal interface. And this simplicity and universality apply to the shop experience and the food itself. If yo want success, an enduring brand and a good return trade then these are the main characteristics you need to aim for. Simple, and to the point this is worth a read just to get you thinking.
